Answer: One of the biggest problem we are experiencing is, customers signup for a PayPal.com account and either use a fake email address, have typos in the email address or didn't update their account information. Since we are sending all unlock keys to the email address provided to us by you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the information you enter is correct and up to date.
Answer: Please allow at least 12 hours for your order to be processed but in general you will receive an email from within minutes after your purchase, which includes the unlock key to register the program.
If you made your purchase with an Echeck we will contact you with the expected clearing date and a copy of the transaction. Due to quiet a few customers canceling the Echecks after receiving the unlock keys, we will no longer send out any unlock keys before the Echeck clears. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Answer: First check your spam folder; if you do not see an email from or make sure your email account is set to receive emails from us. Next, add and to your allow list and address book. AOL users need to be sure that you don't have my email addresses ( and ) blocked.
Finally contact us by submitting a
support ticket. Make sure you include
your purchase receipt and the product
registration code.
In general you will receive your unlock key within a few minutes or
no later than 12 hours after your purchase.
Please do not contact us 10 minutes after you purchased a program
asking where your unlock key is. Try to wait at least 12 hours
before contacting us, most likely you will have your unlock key before
then unless your PayPal information is not up to date.
Answer: We inform all customers that we have received their e-check payment, include the payment receipt and the expected clearing date which is usually three to four business days. PayPal.com will send us an email as soon as the funds cleared. At that time we will send you the unlock key(s) to the program(s) you have purchased. Keep in mind we are not the once dealing with your bank and have no control over the amount of time it takes for an e-check to clear. Find out more about PayPal's e-check option here.
Answer: No we don't but we are planning on adding that option for our customers sometime in the future.
Answer: We suggest a prepaid credit card. The concept of prepaid credit cards is really very simple. You open an account and "pre-load" the card with cash up-front, similar to a pre-paid calling card. Then you use your prepaid MasterCard or Visa anywhere these cards are accepted. We try not change anything in the registration part of the program but from time
to time we are forced to and apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused you.

Answer: Don't worry, a lot of errors happen when customers confuse the letter O with the number zero or vise versa. The same goes for the letter I (lower case i) and letter L (lower case l). So, to eliminate any errors copy and paste is the best way to enter your unlock key and to send us your correct product registration code. After receiving your unlock key from us run the program you purchased (open the registration window if not open already) enter the unlock key by copying and pasting it. But before you click enter to register the product, make sure there are no empty spaces in front or after the unlock key. Take this unlock key as an example " DRT5YTH86JGU " In front of the letter " D" and after the letter "U " are empty spaces and those will cause our programs not to accept the key to register them. Here is how it should look when you copy and paste the unlock key the correct way "DRT5YTH86JGU". There are no empty spaces in front of the letter "D" or after the letter "U". The program will now accept the unlock key, assuming you have sent us the correct product registration code and you are using the latest version of the program you have purchased.

99.9% of the time our
programs will accept the unlock key on the first try if you take
your time
copying and
pasting the unlock key and product registration code you're
sending to us.
Note! All Unlock keys and product registration codes are case sensitive.

It's most likely a settings issue and the problem can be solved by changing
your system settings to the settings we suggest in our Help and
Settings section. If that
is not solving your problem we suggest going to our support forum and use the
search feature to find
topics and posts related to your problem. Search for "Gojira keeps saying no game"
for example and in the search option under forum in the drop down
menu select 'CP's Autos Help' and click search. Now browse through the search result to find
the solution to your problem. If that is not helping, join our support
forum if you haven't already and ask for help by posting in the
Technical Support
Section. You can start a new topic by clicking the New Topic button, when
the post a new topic page is done loading enter the program name (Gojira for
example) in the "Subject" field and a brief description like "'Pogo
Bowler not locating
game"' in the "Description of your topic:" field. In the message box let the good
folks of our support forum know about your problem, please give them as much
information and be as detailed as possible.
Here are some guidelines that will help not only the folks trying to help you
but you as well by only having to post about your problem one time. Simply fill
in the information about your system, browser, java etc.
What we need to know to
help you:

What is your operating system,
Windows 98, 200, ME, XP, Vista etc.?
2) What is the browser you are using, is it Internet Explorer 6 or 7,
Netscape, AOL, Mozilla Firefox,
Opera, etc.?
3) What is your color setting, is it 24 bit, 32 bit etc.?
4) What is your Screen resolution, 800x600, 1024x768 etc.?
5) Is the "Smooth edges of screen fonts" option checked or unchecked?
6) Are you using Sun Java or Microsoft VM Java?
8) Have you tried both Sun Java and Microsoft VM Java and did it
make a difference at all?
9) What's the name and version number of the cheat?
10) What exactly is happening when you try to use the cheat, for example do you
get any error messages (what are they?), is the game window moving to the upper
left hand corner of your screen?
