1. Go to Start
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click on Internet Options
4. In the Internet Options window click on the Security tab
5. Select Internet and click on the Custom Level button
6. In the Security Settings window scroll about half way down and enable "Allow websites to open windows without address or status bars"

   

7. Click OK and when the warning window opens click yes
8. Click Apply and OK to close the Internet Options window
