Download changes and why

In the past, freeware programs have been just that -- FREE -- but the time has come for a change to be made.

First, let me say that it's been a pleasure to make these free programs available to participating members. On the other hand, there are members who join our forum just to take free programs and never participate with other members or features of the community. It is because of the latter that we have decided to attach a fee in the form of "coins" to download these programs and there are many ways to earn these coins.

After all said, in actuality, the programs continue to be free since no real money is needed to download them. Additionally, they don't require unlock keys to register them unlike our premium and donationware programs.
